About

Hey, welcome 👋 — glad you found your way here!

I’m Koen, a self-taught developer and co-founder of IT RBLS, driven by a curiosity for technology and building things that actually work.

Where it started

My journey into tech started early, tagging along with my father while he set up networks, installed access points, and upgraded systems. What began as curiosity quickly turned into hands-on experimentation, from hosting my own Minecraft server for an entire class to figuring out how to fix it when things broke.

That mix of curiosity and creativity still shapes how I build and approach things today.

What I do today

At IT RBLS, I’m part of building and growing a company focused on helping organizations optimize and scale their processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and Foundry.

As a founder, I’m not just focused on the technical side, but also on how to turn solutions into sustainable, scalable business value. A big part of my role is making IT RBLS hyperproductive, figuring out how we can do more with less by leveraging automation, AI, and the right tooling.

This blog

This blog reflects both sides of that journey. I write about building cool stuff, but also about the realities of growing a company in tech. From architecture decisions and hands-on development to lessons in entrepreneurship, scaling, and creating impact.
